Merzi was founded by Kaz Kazmi in 2011. Kaz, originally from the UK, found the American dining scene missing something that he knew he could provide: healthy, lightning fast, delicious Indian food. Using family recipes and consulting with premier chefs from around the world, Kaz and his team developed a system that delivers something that's very hard to find anywhere else. We've continued that legacy through the years, never compromising on flavor, quality, or speed, to deliver something unique!
We work with local vendors to source the freshest ingredients around, then cook throughout the day. The hard work going on behind the scenes means you can get fresh, custom-made Indian bowls and salads at Merzi in, on average, around 1 minute. It might only take a minute to assemble, but it's because we spend hours preparing our line to deliver your food in an instant!
